Terms of Service – Mountain Radiant Heat
Agreement to Terms
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or submit requests.
Mountain Radiant Heat is not a licensed contractor. We do not perform radiant heat installations, snow melt systems, or related work. We review your request and arrange for an independent local radiant heat contractor in or around Golden and the I-70 corridor to contact you with a quote and availability.
Scope of Service
We facilitate introductions between property owners and independent radiant heat contractors. We do not guarantee project completion, pricing, timelines, or workmanship. All agreements, warranties, and obligations are between you and the contractor you hire.
We receive a referral fee from contractors when projects proceed. This fee does not increase your cost. Contractors set their own pricing, scope, and terms.
Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about your property, project scope, and contact details. You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials, insurance, and licensing before hiring. You must communicate directly with the contractor regarding scheduling, payment, and project details.
We are not liable for contractor performance, delays, defects, or disputes. Any claims related to workmanship, safety, or compliance are between you and the contractor.
Limitation of Liability
Mountain Radiant Heat provides referrals only. We make no warranties about contractor availability, qualifications, or results. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or indirect damages arising from contractor work or referrals.
