About
About Mountain Radiant Heat
A Golden-based enquiry service arranging altitude-adjusted radiant heat installs across the I-70 corridor.
The Process
From your first message to a confirmed, working system
01
Submit Your Project
Describe the space, square footage, surface type, location on the corridor, and what you need heated. The more detail you give, the more accurate the evaluation.
02
Arrange an Evaluation
We match you with a local installer who visits the site, measures the BTU load, and accounts for your altitude and county permitting requirements.
03
Receive a Written Estimate
You get an itemised estimate naming the equipment, installation scope, and timeline. Nothing is booked until you have reviewed and accepted that document.
04
Complete the Install
The installer carries out the work to the agreed scope, heated driveway, radiant floor, snow-melt system, or the full combination.
05
Confirm System Output
A post-install check verifies that the system’s output matches the specified design before the job is closed out.
Tell Us Your Project
Describe the space and we’ll arrange a local installer to evaluate it, size the system for your altitude, and put the full scope in writing before anything is booked.
