Coverage is scoped to the highest-risk access points -- main entrance, ramp, dock apron -- rather than the full property footprint. Targeting specific zones keeps the project budget focused and avoids oversizing the boiler or electrical supply for areas that do not need continuous clearing.

A loop pressure test is completed on hydronic tubing before the concrete is poured. For electric systems, cable continuity and resistance are verified before embedment is finished. Both checks confirm system integrity while corrections are still possible, rather than after the surface is cured.
